In Maryland in 2024, Provider Partners Health Plans covers care in 16 Maryland counties – Allegany, Anne Arundel, Baltimore, Baltimore City, Caroline, Carroll, Dorchester, Frederick, Garrett, Harford, Howard, Kent, Queen Anne’s, Talbot, Washington, and Worcester.
